Our commitment
An information site about mobility must be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the international WCAG 2.1 level AA recommendations and we fix obstacles as they are reported.
What is already in place
- High contrast: the main text/background combinations on the site have been measured; they exceed the minimum values recommended for body text.
- Keyboard navigation: menus, forms and search fields can be reached and used without a mouse (visible focus state, menus closed with Escape).
- Assistive technologies: hierarchical heading structure, labels associated with fields, ARIA regions for dynamic blocks, announced result lists.
- Adaptable display: responsive layout, from small phones to large screens, without horizontal scrolling; field font size sufficient to avoid automatic zoom on mobile.
- Understated animations: decorative effects are disabled when a user has indicated a preference for reduced motion (
prefers-reduced-motion). - Icons accompanied by text: important information does not rely on colour or a symbol alone.
Known limitations
- Content from Swiss open sources (disruptions, timetables) is displayed as it reaches us, with automatic translation: the vocabulary may sometimes be imprecise.
- Some referenced documents or messages from operators may not be accessible.
- Maps and decorative illustrations are marked as such so that they are not announced unnecessarily by screen readers.
Report an obstacle
If a page, a form or content causes you difficulty, describe it via the contact form (subject “Other professional enquiry”), specifying the page, the device and the assistive software used. We undertake to respond and to fix what can be fixed.
