Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website mobilitepourtous.ch. By browsing the site, the user accepts them without reservation.
Nature of the service
- The site is a free information service about Swiss public transport.
- It does not sell tickets, does not make any reservations and does not act as an intermediary with transport companies.
- The data displayed (timetables, platforms, delays, disruptions, stations) comes from open Swiss sources and is updated automatically.
- No registration is required to consult the site.
Access to the site
The publisher endeavours to ensure continuous availability, without being obliged to do so. The site may be interrupted at any time for maintenance, updates or due to a technical failure, a cyberattack or the failure of a provider (host, CDN, data source). No compensation may be claimed on this basis.
User conduct
The user undertakes to use the site fairly. The following are in particular prohibited:
- mass and automated extraction of content (crawling, mass scraping) without written authorisation;
- abusive requests to the site or data interfaces (looping requests, deliberate circumvention of limits);
- any attempt at intrusion, circumvention of protections or alteration of the site’s operation;
- reuse of content for commercial purposes without prior agreement.
The publisher may limit or block access in the event of manifestly abusive use.
Contact form
The form is reserved for professional enquiries: partnership, sponsorship, commercial offer, press, information. It is not intended for questions about routes, timetables or disruptions: this information is available directly on the site, via the journey planner and live departures.
Intellectual property
See the legal notice. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. The user remains solely responsible for the use they make of the information displayed: it is up to them to verify the timetable, platform and any disruption with the operator before planning a journey. The publisher is not liable for the consequences of erroneous, incomplete or delayed information.
Data protection
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
Amendment of the terms
The publisher may adapt these terms at any time. The version published on this page is authoritative; the date of the last update appears at the bottom of the page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the publisher’s registered office, subject to mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers.
