Data Controller
The publisher of the website mobilitepourtous.ch is the controller responsible for the processing of the data described below. Contact: contact form.
Data processed
- Contact form (professional use): type of enquiry, organisation, first and last name, email address, telephone (optional), message. The form is not intended for mobility enquiries.
- Anti-robot: when the form is submitted, a token is verified via reCAPTCHA Enterprise (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). Google may process the IP address, browser fingerprint and a risk score. No browsing data is used for advertising purposes.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, user agent, response code. These logs are used for website security (abuse detection, fault diagnosis) and are retained for a limited period.
- No audience measurement tools are installed on the website (no Google Analytics, no advertising tracker, no social media pixel).
- No newsletter and no resale of data to third parties.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to a professional enquiry: consent given by submitting the form, and legitimate interest in handling an enquiry addressed to us.
- Protecting the website against abuse and spam: legitimate interest.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations: legal obligation.
Swiss legal basis: Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP); for individuals located in the European Union, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Retention periods
- Contact enquiry: for as long as necessary to process it, then 12 months maximum, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Server logs: approximately 30 days.
- Anti-robot scores: retained by Google in accordance with its own rules; we only store the result (accepted / rejected) for a few days for diagnostic purposes.
Recipients and transfers
The data is accessible to the publisher of the website and its technical processors: Contabo GmbH (hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN, DNS, protection) and Google (reCAPTCHA Enterprise). These providers may process data outside Switzerland; transfers are based on the contractual safeguards provided by these suppliers (standard contractual clauses).
Security
The website operates exclusively over HTTPS (HSTS). Access to the administration area is restricted and protected. Regular backups are carried out. No data is sold, rented or transmitted for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of processing or object to processing, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request via the contact form; a response will be provided within the statutory time limits. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner).
No profiling
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out based on your data.
